My husband and I first walked into Arhaus intending to purchase only the Jagger barstools while they were on sale. To be honest, we were hesitant. Not only is Arhaus a high-end furniture store, but we had previous experiences at other furniture retailers where salespeople were overly aggressive and made us feel pressured while shopping. We bought some living and dining room furniture from this store at the Short Hills Mall. The design consultant that we worked with - Enrique Garcia - was exceptional. Design consultants aren't created equal. It can be hit or miss! But some - like Enrique - make the experience seamless and enjoyable.
Arhaus has a terrible return policy. I will never purchase anything again from this store.
I had a very frustrating experience at the Arhaus Shirt Hills location. The night before, I purchased a full family room set. The next morning, I visited this location—closer to my home—with my family to let them see the sofa in person and to re-evaluate fabric options before finalizing the order. Not great customer service! Sales people there are not helpful and quite inept- not only regarding opinions with furniture but with processing and administrative situations, as well!!!
