If I could give zero stars I would. We have had such a horrible experience with the Westfarms Mall store. Months ago we ordered furniture. Paid the balance and have continued to call and call and call to arrange delivery. And now we’re being told we owe more money. This may be the worst retail experience we’ve ever had.
Extremely frustrated with this experience. I ordered a $5,000 couch in November and was told delivery would be early January. When January came with no updates, I reached out and was told it was delayed to early March. Today I contacted them again since March is approaching and asked if they had a delivery date was told delivery is now pushed to April.
