Alicia Ocando, the Design Consultant was so amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable with a wonderful eye for home decor. I’ll be back again and asking for Alicia!
Do not purchase anything from here unless you are prepared to wait at least 4 months to receive it. We purchased a dining room table and chairs in August and now in November we have yet to receive it and with absolutely no communication.
I visited Arhaus with my family on hoping to browse furniture. Unfortunately, we experienced what felt like racial profiling. Throughout our visit, no one in the store acknowledged us or offered assistance, despite us clearly being interested in the products. However, when a white customer entered, staff immediately approached and offered help. This differential treatment was hurtful and made us feel unwelcome. I love everything Arhaus! I have multiple pieces from this store and it never disappoints. My most recent experience has been with Alicia and she has gone above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect coffee table and console. I am so happy with her service and ofcourse the quality of items at Arhaus in general I’m sure I will keep coming back for more! If you are not buying your furniture from Arhaus, I don’t know what you are doing 😉
