I’ve sent several emails to the Nashville Store, store associates, and customer service about my order and they have stopped responding. Several mistakes have been made throughout my order process and no acknowledgment of any of the issues I have brought to their attention. Really bummed by the level of service considering the cost of the merchandise.
This is one of the worst places to buy furniture. Don’t waste your money, especially your time. I ordered two cleaning items at the beginning of March. Both were listed as available on the website when I placed the order. It is now July 14, and they are only preparing to ship one of them. This has been my experience. The main thing to understand when ordering here is that the delivery dates they provide are not accurate even when items show “in stock” at the time of purchase. I’m now more than three months past my original order date in March, and the latest update has pushed delivery into August. Awful manager. She treated me terribly. Have a call into corporate and a complaint going to their regional office. Do not work with the public if you don’t know human decency.
I had a wonderful experience working with Lila at Arhaus. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire furniture selection process. Lila came prepared to every interaction, always offering thoughtful recommendations and valuable design insights that made decisions much easier.
