I spent ten minutes in the store, with five employees across both floors and no one addressed me at all. Of the five, only one was working with a family, so I understand him not addressing me. Otherwise, I was the only person in the store. Ridiculous!

Jane at the Oakbrook store was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable on product specifications, fabric and size options and listened to what we wanted but also to what we DIDN'T want. We ordered a table and 8 chairs and a dresser that will fit our needs perfectly. Fingers crossed for an accurate delivery window!
