I was extremely disappointed with my experience using this store’s credit card promotion. It was presented as a “no interest” financing offer, but what was not made clear was that if the balance wasn’t paid in full by the end of the promotional period, years of deferred interest were added to my account all at once. While this may be disclosed in the fine print, it is not explained in plain, simple language that the average consumer can easily understand. My husband and I placed a furniture order with Monica and she turned out to be a nightmare. She was happy to take our money but when our items were delayed, she never responded to our messages. She started out fairly congenial, though a bit aggressive, then ended as very rude and unprofessional. We finally were able to cancel our furniture order after weeks of reaching out. Unacceptable.
I’ve shopped at Arhaus for at least 15 years. I’ve lived in Atlanta for 5 years and after at least a dozen visits, I feel that I can say this one is my least favorite. I was in the store on 6/5/26.
