Went to the Fairlawn location to buy two Lunden dining chairs. The chairs are $392 each, so $784 total. Seems straightforward, right? Apparently not. Right before checkout, the sales associate informed us that delivery would be only $300 — and somehow this fee was completely non-negotiable. No store pickup. No warehouse pickup. No alternative whatsoever. Just “pay the $300 or don’t get the chairs.” So let me get this straight, Arhaus — you wanted nearly half the price of one chair just to move two dining chairs from Point A ... read more
We had a great experience at the Fairlawn Location. From the moment we walked in, we were treated so kindly. Justine and Bryan were so helpful and respectful. After buying our furniture, we even got a custom made cards to our house with hand drawings of the exact furniture we bought. How thoughtful. It really was the best experience. A personalized shopping experience.The staff is what made the Location amazing. The location also has a very good layout. Easy to see all the furniture and good lighting in the store.
