I wanted to take a moment and share about our exceptional shopping experience at the Fairlawn location with Bryan Whitley and Melanie Wanchick. Working with Melanie and Justine - the dynamic design duo - was an amazing experience! They brought their creativity and expertise, plus excitement about the project. Great listeners which meant their recommendations were spot on from the beginning. They were detail oriented and organized. AWESOME communication at every step. The showroom was beautiful and staff lovely. 🤩

Went to the Fairlawn location to buy two Lunden dining chairs. The chairs are $392 each, so $784 total. Seems straightforward, right? Apparently not. Right before checkout, the sales associate informed us that delivery would be only $300 — and somehow this fee was completely non-negotiable. No store pickup. No warehouse pickup. No alternative whatsoever. Just “pay the $300 or don’t get the chairs.” So let me get this straight, Arhaus — you wanted nearly half the price of one chair just to move two dining chairs from Point A ... read more
