Received my cabinet on 14 May however the bluestone top was cracked. I was told it would be 4 weeks for another to be delivered. I called on 10 June and order for top was not placed because of a balance of 60 cents for tax. I am tax exempt but went ahead and paid the 60 cents to get the order placed and now another 4 weeks to wait. NO communication from store, client services or delivery people. My husband and I recently worked with Wendy and Keith at the OKC Arhaus location. We appreciated their great customer service! They made our furniture selection a great experience from choosing fabric and furniture pieces to assisting us with a design layout to ensure the selected pieces would work in our space. They were always helpful with any questions we had over the three visits we made to their store to finalize selections. We would highly recommend them!
