Absolutely stunning showroom and beautifully curated pieces to embrace the Marin and surrounding areas, with the greens, browns, and beiges complementing the local landscape. That is unfortunately where the beauty of the brand dies. Fabulous furniture and home decor — a cut above the rest and very friendly and helpful staff
After spending 30 minutes on a sofa making sure it’s comfortable before buying, a member of the staff comes to me and says bluntly: “hey man, it’s time to leave the store”. I never felt so devalued. FWIW the sofa was comfortable (coburn recliner) and I did want to buy it. Not anymore unfortunately :(
Arhaus Corte Madera was one of the most frustrating furniture buying experiences I’ve had, especially for a brand that presents itself as luxury. One of our orders was entered incorrectly by the salesperson and was sent to their showroom instead of our home. This was entirely their mistake, yet we were the ones left dealing with the consequences. We had to pay an additional $300 and wait another month just to get it shipped to the correct location. This is a review of product quality, not the showroom. After waiting three months, I finally received my rug today, but it arrived soiled and dirty. It definitely doesn't look like it's in 'new' condition. For a rug that costs over $2,000, the quality is ragged and unacceptable. I am incredibly disappointed with their lack of product care.
