This is a review for Tony at the Palm Springs location. We met Tony on vacation and had no intention to buy a sofa. He approached us to try the Coburn motion sectional and we ended up purchasing the sofa and the Finnley coffee table. There was a minor issue with delivery of the sofa but Tony went above and beyond to make sure our needs were addressed. Have long been an Arhaus customer at the MN location, so was excited to see the store open in Palm Desert. Ordered bar stools, they came with wrong fabric. Notified them and received an email showing new order, only instead of bar stools, counter stools were ordered. Then received email showing correct picture, stating paperwork would be sent showing correct order information. Nothing received. Tony was attentive, professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and didn’t pressure us. We appreciated his assistance for our furniture purchase. I highly recommend Tony if you’re in the market for home furnishings.
Tony is wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable. He only cares about doing what is the best for the client and it shows. Highly recommend this shop and Tony. He is a breath of fresh air.
