If I could give zero stars I would. If You are thinking about buying any kind of custom furniture from here buyer beware. I ordered a couch in May. It was supposed to deliver around now in July. Two weeks ago I followed up with no response on the status of my order. A week later, I followed up again. I finally got a response only to be told that my couch would not be ready at the earliest September. We spent over $7,000 on a custom Kipton sectional at the Arhaus Norwalk, CT location in November 2025. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had with any retailer. The couch was delayed from the original early January expected delivery multiple times — and we only found out by calling. When it finally arrived in late March, it was the wrong arm style and visibly damaged (staining and fabric wear). The delivery team documented the issues, and we did not sign for the correct product. I absolutely love my Arhaus Aimee Counter Stools! I worked with Hash at the Norwalk CT store and he was amazing to work with. Very responsive and provided the best customer service! I highly recommend him to work with you during your purchase.
