5 stars for Chris Harvey for his exceptional professionalism, flexibility and outstanding customer service. This store has some phenomenal furniture on display and the process from sale to delivery has been smooth and easy. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back!
Love Arhaus store in Natick! Not only Arhaus is a high quality furniture brand, but also they have a great team at that location. In particular Avery, their assistant store manager is truly a pleasure to work with, she is so helpful and is always available to talk to and resolve any issues. Loved my experience there!
