We just completed almost a 10 month project with Arhaus Denver and I can’t say enough great things about them. Our sales and design consultant Justin Gregory was and has been fabulous throughout the entire process. We have been remodeling our house and had to basically replace all our furniture and lighting. He helped us pick out every thing and we also added in some custom pieces. We just moved in this week and we love everything! For almost two decades I have been a customer of Arhaus. I still have quality furniture from years ago. Most recently I moved into a new home. I had a budget and they worked with me to fulfill all promises and get the most out of my budget. I love going into the store to discuss my needs for future orders and any request from past orders. We have bought many pieces from Arhaus over the past eight years or so. From Light fixtures to dining tables and chairs to complete living room sets and primary bedroom sets we have been overly satisfied by the quality of everything we have purchased. Delivery times are long on certain items but we have never been disappointed once we received the items. The delivery people are careful and helpful. Arhaus Furniture – Cherry Creek Shopping Center, Denver I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the Arhaus location in Cherry Creek Shopping Center. I was especially disappointed with the store manager, Justin. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he made the experience even more frustrating. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful.
