I worked with Emily Ritter in the Denver show room to pick my new dining room table and chairs. Emily was great. She kept me informed of the delivery date and it was as expected. She is patient, knowledgeable and a hard worker.

When buying a new light fixture for my dining room I decided to order a chandelier from Arhaus because they confirmed I could purchase additional chain length for my very high ceiling. I received the chain first then a few weeks later the fixture. Neither matched, the shade and texture of gold was different which I was only able to notice when I had them together. Do not buy bedding from ARHAUS! We spent $3500 on a full bedding set for our master bedroom and the fitted linen sheet tour within six months. People in the store are nice when you’re buying items, but the backend customer service is terrible. Will not be returning as a customer.
