First they lied about the free return policy we have the paper of what she wrote down when she tried to sell it to us Vs when we actually tried to return it and now we lose $300 even tho we returned it within 24 hours of it arriving 2nd. Make sure you don’t need your money for atleast 2 months and counting because they can’t send a crew to pick up they’re table that they’re charging us $300 to return and now I’m 2 months and 6 phone calls later with a huge table in my living room that I do not want. Quality issues on a product. It was replaced, but the quality issue repeated itself (and they said it would, to give credit) and that’s not their problem. So they sold a product and replaced it with the same known issue and no real resolution. I understand I accepted the warranty when I purchased, but the fact remains it was a terrible product and the warranty wasn’t any benefit.
Disappointing to walk into a furniture store ready to make a purchase and no hello or can I help you. This isn’t the first time this has happened here and likely my last time trying to spend my money here.
