I was looking for a bookself/cabinet unit so I visited the Arhaus location in Briargate. The location had lots of options arranged in store. The design consultant Peter helped ensure I saw all of my options including online, and also ensured I got the best price. On delivery day, the delivery team gave me a courtesy call ahead of time, arrived in their delivery window, and even wore booties over their shoes in the house which was a nice touch! The designer, Rebecca, was very good at choosing fabrics, pillows, area rug, and other pieces to create the living room I was hoping for. Cathy Henriques helped us through the ordering process smoothly and communicated promptly every step of the way to the point of delivery.I would recommend Arhaus to anyone looking for quality furniture with great customer service.
