I was in the Palo Alto Arhaus store a few times and was ultimately assisted by Jean and Paul. They were very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They made me feel at ease about making all my purchases and really put together beautiful spaces. There was no pressure, which I really appreciated and I had time to make the decisions that were right for me. I have been to a few other places where it was pressure sales. Great furniture, but you probably shouldn’t expect them to meet the timelines they provide. They quoted me 6-7 weeks for some outdoor furniture, which I already thought was quite long, just for them to say there were “unexpected delays” and double the time to 14 weeks, which is just absurd in my opinion. I’ll probably be avoiding them going forward - no need to wait this long for furniture
Myles was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The delivery went very smoothly and was handled with care. I would highly recommend Arhaus Palo Alto for their outstanding service and attention to detail.

Annie at the Palo Alto location is one of the best customer-service oriented employees I have ever met. Her calm demeanor makes it very easy to talk to her and she is completely willing to help when issues may arise. We recently had an issue with a particular piece of furniture and Annie went above and beyond to help us get the item exchanged in a way that satisfied us.
