Bad attitude
I am beyond disappointed with the service and quality control at this Arhaus location. I purchased an Astor Media Console, and what should have been a premium experience has turned into a logistical nightmare. To date, I have had three separate deliveries for an exchange. Every single time, the console has arrived with visible scratches on the body. To make matters even more ridiculous, they have consistently forgotten to include the handles every single time. So much fanfare when buying, saying all the right things but good luck with delivery. Bought a $3k sofa in Sept which was supposed to be delivered in Oct, then a few weeks later it suddenly became Dec, then in Dec it became Jan now in Jan they are telling me Feb. I have not been able to talk to any supervisor there, just our sales guy and as an apology they have offered a $167 refund! These guys are a joke!

We had the BEST experience with the uber knowledgeable and kind Myles Klein. He was so helpful and guided us to our fantastic new living room furniture which we love! Amazing products, and quality. We originally went to RH but found Arhaus quality superior made in USA and great delivery times. thank you for all! ps we got couches and chairs!
