He is a very good doctor and surgeon, always listens to ur concerns and questions.
The staff is friendly and the doctor is wonderful, but the wait to be seen is horrible. My husband had a 8:30am appointment and didn't get back to triage till 10:15. This is ridiculous. This seems to be the norm here. It's now 10:45 and still waiting to see the doctor.

Dr Royalty is the best …. all the reviews with how long it takes to see him, people don’t realize the load of patients and walk ins he takes …. wants to help everyone and for that plus being a awesome Doctor…. Hands down 5 stars not to mention the staff he has are the best …. Keep doing what your doing Doc .. I will always have your back
Dr. Royalty and his staff are beyond phenomenal. Truly a God send to our area and especially for our student athletes. We’ve seen him for ALC reconstruction, meniscus repair, clavicle fracture, patellar tendinitis, labrum tear, etc… Dr. Royalty is very easy to talk to, ask questions, he explains everything in detail, he takes time with his patients, he spoke to our and with our children.
