ARH is another example of the great service available locally in Canmore. Completed the chaneout of our heat pump here in Dead Man's Flats. Whether it was Jean in the office or Adrian on site, the communication was excellent, the work was completed efficiently and on schedule, and the quality was top notch. Well worth giving them a call for your heating and cooling needs!

Absolutely outrageous service. The technician was here for less than 30 minutes and charged over $700. They claimed to have completed multiple tasks during that time—but never asked for my approval to proceed with any of it. Most importantly, the original issue wasn’t even fixed. It’s like calling someone to repair your air conditioner, they start messing with unrelated parts, and the AC still doesn’t work—but they still demand full payment. I always support local contractors when my business needs anything, this time i trusted these guys to diagnose the noise coming from my rooftop ac unit. He couldn't mimic the noise but took a wild guess as to what it could be, ordered the part and inalstalled it without ever consulting me or quoting me. All of a sudden I get a big fat bill despite the sound persisting.
