Absolutely outrageous service. The technician was here for less than 30 minutes and charged over $700. They claimed to have completed multiple tasks during that time—but never asked for my approval to proceed with any of it. Most importantly, the original issue wasn’t even fixed. I always support local contractors when my business needs anything, this time i trusted these guys to diagnose the noise coming from my rooftop ac unit. He couldn't mimic the noise but took a wild guess as to what it could be, ordered the part and inalstalled it without ever consulting me or quoting me.
