WARNING EMERGENCY ROOM PATIENTS BEWARE! This place SELLS OR GIVES your info to a different entity and they will TEXT you a cheaper bill than you been given. Pretending they are helping you out! Turns out its a fraudulent webpage & link! They steal your money! And you still get texted the full balance from this hospital! Can’t believe a hospital is giving out info. Against the law!
Need a zero star rating. My fiance recently changed jobs and doesn't have new insurance yet. She made the mistake of telling them she didn't have insurance so they wouldn't see her. We sat there over an hour and a half and they refused to even triage her. ARH is terrible, but the ER is the bottom of the bucket from their work pool.
I am a migraine sufferer and have been my whole life since very young. I just moved to this area. My first trip to this location was terrible! I came in at like 2:30 am. Got into a room fairly quickly, a doc came in said he get me a “cocktail”. Over 40 mins went by, not a soul came in.No pillow. No meds. It was HOT in that room! I was thirsty & super dehydrated.
