I have had 2 appointments here and they are just to get one set of labs drawn and a refill on my synthroid, you will wait over 2 hours from your appointment time just to be seen! Then you set back in the rooms for another 40 minutes! This clinic is absolutely ridiculous on timing, if you schedule an appointment you do not expect to be there 2 hours and 40 minutes from your appt time ! My boyfriend went in to get a paper filed out for school and was there for three hours on a very slow day. No doctor office should make you wait for hours for care this is ridiculous and the doctors at this location need to get it together and start working, I have never had to wait this long at any other physician.

Nicole's office will make you wait 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time, Everytime! I come in only needing prescription refills and I wait for 2 hours or more every single appointment! The secretary is slow as molasses in an Alaskan winter and apparently doesn't know how to schedule patients because I am NEVER seen at my scheduled appointment time.
