Nicole's office will make you wait 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time, Everytime! I come in only needing prescription refills and I wait for 2 hours or more every single appointment! The secretary is slow as molasses in an Alaskan winter and apparently doesn't know how to schedule patients because I am NEVER seen at my scheduled appointment time.
Was accompanying a family member last week to an appointment when a staff member had her child with her. The child was running around the waiting room as the lady was having to chase her. I understand sometimes things happen and you need to bring your child to work. In a setting such as a hospital or clinic where sick people are I just think it’s unacceptable to have a child running around while the staff member has to chase after the child. The staff member wasn’t is scrubs so I would assume it was an office manager of sort... read more
