hired Alex r hernandez in Dallas tx office in October to file suit against my contractor. Paid initial retainer they sent letter to contractor zero communication during that 60 days until to move forward to take him to court January 24th asked for an additional retainer of 2700. Told them wanted a break down of first retainer been 2 months and nothing.
