Terrible obligation imposed to patients to physically visit the office to set up a doctor appointment in these days of internet, phones and other means to create efficiency. But not at this doctor office. Certainly I do not recommend to event and ever visit this doctor and his office. A totally not acceptable office policy. And must avoid this doctor
Great staff
Dr was great. My complaint is your phone lines do not open until 830, when your first appt is 730. Also phone line is off at 430pm. You leave a message & no one calls you back, for hrs. So how do you cancel a 830 appt when you can't get to talk to someone?
Doctor Tzilinis was on time and very thorough. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend
