I had to speak with the surgery on two occasions in the past week both times I spoke with Scott who was most professional , friendly and helpful making me feel completely at ease.
Really kind and helpful. I phoned at lunchtime asking for advice, and they replied, “Can you get to us within the next 45 minutes? We’ve got an appointment for you.” Simply amazing. I spoke to a doctor that same day, who recommended a few tests—these were all arranged and completed within just a few days. I've been with this practice for 35 years +, and always had the best of care. This year alone, I've been seen by the wonderful nurses weekly for wound care. Reception staff are always welcoming and helpful.
