Lazy employees took forever to get assistance while the manager in watched. AllI needed was a small co2 tank but the person was all confused and couldn't help me probably because he was on lunch and eating when he approached me. Bad service.
Been going here for about 15 years, when it was Argyle. No more. I went to exchange a bottle Argon and forgot the cap. The girl at the front wants to charge me $9 dollars for the cap. "Ok fine, when I bring it back do I get a credit or a refund?" She says, "No." I ask her why not and she couldn't explain. I will not deal with poor customer service. I'll take my business someplace else.
Excellent store. Customer service is also excellent. I personally prefer the Sioux location to the Rojas location.
