Dr Jones and her whole team are the sweetest people you'll ever find! They are amazing with my daughter every single time!! Recommend them to every parent!!
they abruptly cancelled my daughters appointment and the reason given was "dr jones doesn't come in on Wednesdays". the appointment was scheduled months in advance and they offered to put me on waitlist instead! that's so unprofessional i had my entire schedule rearranged for that specific day and time. there is no way i'm gonna go on a waitlist after waiting months for my scheduled appointment. i'm out
very unprofessional and never available. we have been patients for over 3 years and have only seen dr jones once. we finally got a appointment with her which was abruptly cancelled by them and we were asked to go on waitlist. that's when we decided to leave.
Love this office. All staff members are so helpful and friendly. I recommend anytime someone asks where I take my children!
