I have never intended to leave negative feedback for any clinic or pharmacy, especially one I rely on to help care for my 83-year-old father, who depends on a pacemaker. However, the recent experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. My father urgently needs his prescription refilled as he is now out of his medication. Absolutely awful practice. Doctors don’t care about their patients and have no respect or knowledge for the patients that need their help. Find ANYONE else.
Dr. Ola has been a fantastic family physician and the support staff and students have all been great. The region is very fortunate to have a family health team available to us. Sometimes the clinic runs late or staff can be distracted but considering they deal with serious medical issues 9 hours a day an occasional lapse in decorum seems completely reasonable.
This is the absolute worst clinic I have been to in all my years. Receptionists are just repulsive, it's as if they enjoy sucking the energy out of people. I don't know if the ladies working reception are just miserable or enjoy being rude and condescending to people for no reason at all, but it makes you think twice before calling to book an appointment - then again maybe that's their goal cause the doctors are so lazy.
