This is the absolute worst clinic I have been to in all my years. Receptionists are just repulsive, it's as if they enjoy sucking the energy out of people. I don't know if the ladies working reception are just miserable or enjoy being rude and condescending to people for no reason at all, but it makes you think twice before calling to book an appointment - then again maybe that's their goal cause the doctors are so lazy. The doctors themselves are not the issue, in fact, I couldn't speak higher of them. The receptionist currently on the phone and running the desk, Majority of the time is condescending. I was a patient with this practice since Dr. Robertson was there, since it was present across the bridge, I was with this clinic since I was a kid. I find it very disappointing at the fact that those who are currently presenting themselves to the public at the front desk use a tone that is counterintuitive to actual customer service. I have never had a pleasant experience with the front desk staff. The blonde receptionist is incredibly rude for someone who works at a doctors office.
