I am a patient at this clinic and I was so happy with them that I bought my mom across to them. WOW the level of care is amazing if there were 10 stars I would give them all 10. Caring, staying in touch and helping with urgent situations have made me a super fan. Thanks for your outstanding level of care
They were great with home visits when my mother was alive. Always very responsive, easy to deal with and made her feel heard. She was assigned a nurse, so the same person saw her each time.
Poor communication. Prescriptions take 3 days to even get sent to your pharmacy. Three days! So if the pharmacy has to order something or they are super busy you can wait a week. Rarely do any exams except BP, heart rate and pulse ox. That’s even if you complain about something
My Mother is a new patient but so far everyone has been super nice and helpful with everything. Really looking forward to getting my Mother better care as I was not happy with her last Doctor.
For people who are home bound this is a good company but for people who are on dialysis ans have many doctor appointments this arrangement does not work. I had trouble scheduling visits because of prearranged doctor appointments. Could only see ther nurse practioner when she was in the area. This did not work for me. I finally had to see a primary doctor who made himself more available. Also the scheduler was uncaring and communicated only through texts, I felt it was an impersonal relationship.
