Buyer beware. Today, May 11, 2026, I placed an online order for 6 bags of horse feed. I scheduled the pickup for 2pm. My husband drove 30 minutes to get there, waited 30 minutes, and no one showed up. He called, got no answer, and left a voice message. Finally someone called after he got home, and we were offered a refund. Nothing else. Good customer service at that point would have been to offer free delivery of the merchandise.
Be forewarned that they are NOT a store. Just a warehouse. If you make an appointment for a pickup, they will likely not be there. I waited for an hour before I got discouraged and left, never to return again.
Got my Dahlia bulbs here and it is blooming!! 😊
