I just had the most blessed experienced at this office today! The receptionist was kind and friendly! Brenda, the Nurse Practitioner was so kind and thoughtful and a very uplifting person. I’m so grateful.!!! Also, the sweet lady that took my blood today was an amazing person as well!! My heart overflows with gratefulness to be in a Doctors office with such a caring Attitude!! I am very pleased with the care I have received at Argyle Family Practice. Brenda O. is great! Very thorough and she listens to all your concerns and gives top notch care!
Dr. Hughes, Jonathan, Dr. Musgrave and now Brenda are the people I've had appointments with at this location. Today I waited in the exam room for about 40 minutes. She was pleasant and professional but offered no explanation. I called my pharmacy 3X and no prescriptions were received. By 3 pm there was voice mail only. I called the Musgrave office asking for assistance and was told they are not directly affiliated with this office and they would put me ON A STICKY NOTE (?) for Tuesday. That's 5 days in the future. I cannot get my test results or a return phone call for over a month. They have changed drs several times since 2020. I drive an hour to go to argle family clinic bc in 2020 Dr. Christopher Hughes saved my life from Covid. Then Dr Jonathan Floras was there. I stayed bc I liked them. Now Brenda Ochieng is there and she will not call her patients back and has her assistant call but no one has called me back since 6/11/2024 and today is 7/15/2024.
