They failed to inform! They are permanently closed.
I’ve never experienced such poor communication with a medical office. The voicemail box is constantly full, making it impossible to leave a message or get a call back. The only option is to keep calling over and over until someone happens to answer, which is extremely frustrating and not acceptable for patients who may have urgent health needs. Reliable communication is the most basic expectation from a doctor’s office, and this clinic has completely failed in that regard.
I just had the most blessed experienced at this office today! The receptionist was kind and friendly! Brenda, the Nurse Practitioner was so kind and thoughtful and a very uplifting person. I’m so grateful.!!! Also, the sweet lady that took my blood today was an amazing person as well!! My heart overflows with gratefulness to be in a Doctors office with such a caring Attitude!!
