Their machines did not detect my car, no matter how many times I moved throughout it to change the way my car was positioned. My car looked worst after leaving the car wash with all that soap that was poured on top of my car without washing it off. Then their customer service line is an automated machine that did not recognize my plate number even so thay I confirmed it when I was paying at the beginning. Wanted time and money. They must have mixed wrong chemicals because it smelled like tear gas inside of my vehicle I seriously thought we were going to pass out and die when we got out there is a terrible stench all over our vehicle.
