So I moved in on August 5th, 2025 to the woods at willow park in Kelowna. I moved into a studio suite and right from the beginning I didn't get the service that I expected. I was told that I would get a one month free rent if signed a 12 month lease or 2 months free if I sign a 18 month lease. Now the landlord because I've taken them to rtb and filed a dispute in December 2025, they are now retaliating against me and harassing me. They let people move in who they know they can manipulate, don't follow proper rental laws. Property managers enter without notice or consent. When trying to move out they will force you into paying when it's not a legal obligation. Get you to sign a lease for 18 months then after a year they'll attempt to increase your rent despite the lease agreement. Young adults and those new to Canada watch out. Absolutely horrible company to deal with.
