I received a "free trial" of Premium Acai Berry and cancelled the membership on 4/15/09. I then followed return instructions to the letter and was told on 6/11/09 that it would take 30 days for refund to be credited to my account. It is now 8/24/09 and still nothing. I was told by CS (866-834-9155) that it would take another 2 weeks for a response to my request. I shouldn't have to wait and have been patient long enough.
