We have a home in Tucson that we rent out for the summer when we are in Massachusetts. We were so nervous about doing this but we need not have worried at all. Argus has managed the property and rentals for us and we have been astounded (and delighted!) by the competency, professionalism, and expertise of the entire team. Tammy and Tatiana are amazing at managing my short term rental. Their ability to communicate with the guests has Exceeded my expectations. They keep track of my inventory and required maintenance, as well as helping coordinate Repairs when something breaks. Their reviews on my listing clearly demonstrate how thorough they clean between guests. “Sparkling clean” is a common comment on my reviews. Tammy & Tatiana’s customer service simply cannot be beat.
Tammy and Tatiana have truly taken the worry out of placing my property on the short term rental market. Not only do they get the guests checked-in and respond to their questions, but always go the extra mile to make the guests feel well cared-for. If repairs are needed, they can organize it; if guests have a special request, they can accommodate it.
