Worst experience ever today at the pharmacy. They are saying I haven’t met my deductible when it was met in January or February this past year. It apparently reset in October when my plan year is 1/1 to 12/31. Talking with their supervisor Tina I was told too bad they don’t look at anything on the weekend. Seriously?
