READ CAREFULLY: do not live here. If proximity to campus is important to you, live in the dorms. I promise Lofts at Mercer Atlanta is NOT worth the cost. Since 2022, they have raised the rent, and unbundled all amenities, which was the primary allure in me moving in. At that point, you are better off living somewhere near campus where you have new resident specials, a pool, functional gym equipment, and neighbors who have decorum. Very attentive staff. Love the office. As a client, I think they are fair and willing to work with their tenants for the best experience. I'd love to own my own building, since we have to rent, I am happy it's with them.
