At the snow tha product concert absolutely packed, overcrowded, normal for a show the walkways are even backed up one of your security got in my partners face yelled at her and when she didn’t respond he got in her face I had to yell at him to back off he rudely responded well why isn’t she responding and I told him YOU ARE SCARING HER I wouldn’t respond either big tough guy like we are women being screamed at by men with power issues from your staffing agency
Argus employees were rude at Ball Arena. A lot of money was spent on playoff tickets. The customer service should match.
Was denied a small two pocket bag needed for my type 1 diabetes equipment which held items in case I had a medical emergency low blood sugar. To inform I will be taking legal action against the company of any medical issues arise
Red rocks seriously needs to hire a new event security! Argus is just terrible and rude!!!! Tried to get help last night and was turned away. Also another incident where it took a LONGGGG time to get heir attention.
Several months ago I saw everyone with big bags and backpacks at a concert at Ball Arena. Tonight I went with a clear, small backpack with almost no items inside. I was immediately stopped in the parking lot and was told by Argus staff I wasn't allowed to have it. They told me to go pay $15 (plus almost 4 dollars in taxes and fees, so essentially $20) to rent a locker. After i go through security, guess what? Saw SO many people with big bags and big backpacks.
