AS A PROVIDER IS THE WORST DENTAL INSURANCE
I would never deal with this company as you can NEVER get a hold of any representative to discuss anything. I sat on the phone for over 2 hours and just hung up!! Terrible service.
I can’t get ahold of anyone. My dental office tried to call for dental benefits but cannot get ahold of them so now I had to pay out of pocket. I still to this day cannot get ahold of them Chanel 9 news needs to investigate this I also like the fake 5 star reviews
Have tried multiple times to reach them so I can just log in to my account and all that happens is my being on hold FOREVER! I've never ever had a insurance provider that is so very inaccessible! I can't even look at an EOB not to mention don't get anything from them in the mail. Will be talking to HR about dropping them!
DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! Argus doesn't pay claims! You CANNOT speak to a customer service rep because they keep you on hold for disturbingly long periods of time! IF I COULD GIVE THESE FRAUDSTERS ZERO STARS I WOULD!
