I was very fortunate to have been referred to Dr Arguelles for breast cancer I felt very reassured having her see me through surgery and after.
The explanation every question was more than can be expected from any doctor. The ease of every appointment and both surgeries was greatly appreciated. Professionalism thoughtfulness, and kindness was the key for me.
Dr takes her time. Knows her subject. Very thorough.
Her deep concern about my needs and desires for care and her commitment to me as an individual. All this was coupled with her expertise as a breast surgeon to help me make a informed decision Dr. Arguelles is terrific and I consistently recommend her as I have had two very successful surgeries with her and other doctors comment on how great the results have been!!
As always, doctor spent as much time as was necessary to address all of the questions posed by me and my family. As always, she was extremely thorough in addressing all issues. There were unexpected requirements during the visit and she performed all procedures needed, no delaying or rescheduling. Urgent issues received urgent attention.

I am a new patient of Dr. Arguelles. I had my first meet and greet with her July 3. I am a breast cancer patient- It was definitely hormone related as I was on hormone replacement for too many years. I had a lumpectomy at Mass General in Boston. Mass General has merged with Bingham Young Womens Hospital in Boston. As a result my yearly appointment for 2026 was too late. Although I had a long wait for Dr. Arguelles during my first visit (she had an unexpected surgical emergency), it was worth the wait. Dr. Arguelles apologized, put me at ease, and then went right to work. Her friendly, caring no-rush manner was just what I needed for pre-surgery jitters. She provided good information, answered my questions, and even helped with my cell phone's FaceTime app so family members could attend the appointment remotely.
