This is one surgeon who knows her business! Well informed, knowledgeable, and personal! Rarely do you encounter professionals like her and I would not think of visiting another! She not only saved me, but she restored my confidence and dignity!
Dr. Arguelles is an exceptionally compassionate and attentive physician. She takes the time to thoroughly explain every procedure she recommends or performs, ensuring you fully understand each step. She meticulously reviews all available options and encourages you to ask any questions, fostering a sense of confidence and comfort in the proposed plan. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a breast surgeon.
Once I step in for my appointment they told me if I want I could go out to eat wait will more than 1hrs and a half. I feel like I was being treated as a kid in the office. I did not get time to express my self as a patient. I got intimidated. I understand Dr limit but never make your patient feel rejected. I get told to go see a psychologist Dr for my right upper breast pain.I work as a nurse I would never treat my patients as a kid.
Does not listen to what patient needs overall, what is best for individual's well-being ...not just a cancerous breast but whole health needs.
Dr. Arguelles has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. She is super smart, kind and has a good sense of humor. She sure found her calling in this profession and was put on this earth to be this kind of surgeon. I am so thankful I found her. She even called me at home at 6:30pm to give me good news test results. That's after she just finished working a 10 1/2 hour day!
From my very first visit to see Dr Arguelles I started to feel at ease. She never made me feel that the subsequent double mastectomy would be something that I should worry about. And, she was right. Everything she told me that would occur did happen so I knew what to do. I do appreciate her and also her staff.
I am impressed! Dr Arguelles was professional, knowledge compassionate but realistic about my issue. You will not find a finer breast surgeon in FL! I’ve had no problems since surgery. Thank you Dr Arguelles!
Being diagnosed with cancer is obviously a scary thing. The need to understand what will happen and the decisions you will need to make can be overwhelming. This doctor is and was amazing, the time she spent to explain everything, to answer questions made it so much easier for me. If you ever have to go through Breast cancer this is truly the person you want to put your trust and life in the hands of. She was late for appointment but obviously that it is because she treats everyone with care.
She did a beautiful job with my lumpectomy. Excellent communication. High standards in selecting the other doctors on the team. Very knowledgable..up to date with the latest research. Really moved the process along. I am very lucky that I was referred to her.
