Staff members here are great - but the ownership is terrible & annoying to deal with. Not worth it.
If I could give no stars I would. We bought our home in November and have never owned a pool or hot tub. We started using Argosy for our hot tub and then at the start of May we tried using Argosy to get our pool dewinterized. We have a smaller above ground pool so thought we would get it going before the rush at the start of May. We couldn't even schedule an appointment. We were told we'd be penciled in for mid May.
