I placed a 50% deposit on a new soft serve machine with this company back in September of 2015. I called them to initiate the building of this machine as it was advised a new "run" of the machines would take place in January of 2016. SURPRISE ! I cannot locate ANYONE who will call or email me back. It would appear the company is no longer operating but all web info is still up and running. You think you have it bad. I paid for 6 machines the beginning of December, opened my business the end of December and when I tried many times to reach support and Henry Wang, supposedly one of the officers, no one returned my phone calls or texts. He even tried to bill me for a package deal for Everest refrigeration $200 more for each machine totally $600 until I started pricing the items. I should have known then they were a crooked company.
