Great experience - Ray is the absolute best. Thoughtful, comprehensive and helped us pick the best option for our needs while keeping cost in mind.
It was great initially, until it went wrong with the final exterior door measurements. I had gone to the Cupertino location, and Jesse Olague from the San Carlos store was there and helped out initially. When I was ready to order, I went back to the Cupertino store and worked with a different sales person that didn’t know some details.
