Great office staff. Amazing amenities. any issues are addressed fast in great communication.
I currently live at the Argon. Today, I requestrd to speak with the Apartment Manager in person or by phone twice to address an issue. But I've only received e-mail responses. This has been the case before when I have requested to speak with The Apartment Manager. Also, staff at NE Management, the corporate office have also been unreachable. Will the Apartment Manager at the Argon be available for me to meet or speak with soon?
I have lived here for almost a year, and with my lease coming up for renewal, I wanted to leave a review. The amenities are honestly amazing: a huge, well-equipped gym; a resort-style pool with cabanas, fountains, and in-pool lounge chairs; grills and plenty of outdoor games, including a life-size chessboard. I loved my tour here! The office staff was super helpful and informative. The location is a huge plus, close to so many retail stores and restaurants!
