Does not pay their bills. Subcontractors beware!! They are looking to take advantage of their Subcontractors. We have been sending email every Monday for the last 18 months trying to be paid for work on a Government contract. The work has been accepted by the client and we still can't get paid. Had to contact COR to get communication going. Would rate less than 1 star if we could.
