This company is 5 stars and beyond!! We live in a home that has been remodeled. After a few phone calls Argo HVAC was the only company willing to put an air conditioner in our home due to the complexity. Argo HVAC has been professional, and shown the mentality of going above and beyond from the beginning! Cason came out identified the problem and made the repair. The problem lies in the invoice. All fees and services were bunched together.. Requested itemized bill they came back with a slightly itemized invoice but still left more questions than clarity. Owner tried to state they do "flat rate" billing because it helps the customer--not in my opinion. Will not use again. Was over charged and when questioned excuses were made--buyer be ware. Thank you
