Argo HVAC is a quality company. They always provide excellent service. I trust their work and everyone of their technicians is knowledgeable and hardworking. They just completed replacing some of our air conditioning duct work and installed a new dryer vent for us. Grateful we purchased our HVAC system from them originally because all of the follow up service is of such great quality.
I very much appreciate your friendly and fast response to my broke down air conditioner. The $250, after hours service fee is high but understandable; however, you charged $195 for the capacitor when you can buy the same exact capacitor for $10 to $15 on Amazon and, you should be getting it at wholesale for less. That is a 1400% markup. I know you need to make a profit but that is ridiculous, price gouging and taking advantage of your customer. Rob from Argo HVAC was great. Our AC was not cooling our house to the temp it was set to, and he was able to diagnose the issues. Rob chatted interactively with me so I understood what he was doing and what recommended services would remedy the issues. He was transparent on pricing and they were extremely reasonable. Highly recommend Argo HVAC, especially if your house is too hot and your wife is upset because it's hot in the house. Great locally owned business!!
If I could give more than 5 stars on here I would! We had an AC issue and I called Argo HVAC. I spoke to Haley and she was very kind and understanding and got someone out to my house very quickly! The guys that came out was so respectful and very professional! They answered all my questions and fixed the problem in a great amount of time! I was so relieved they got it fixed because it is so hot outside! Argo HVAC will always be my go to for all my HVAC needs! Great Teamwork yall! Yall are the best!
