They are by far, the worst company i have ever had to deal with! If I could rate them a -10, I would. I've been working on a simple claim for months now and it's still not resolved. Absolutely no communication, will not return calls or answer emails. I'll be filing a complaint with the insurance commission today!

One of the worst company, They don't care about other people, They don't respond to emails, Completely unprofessional. I don't know who did this company got opportunity to work while they themself are clueless/helpless what to do with their work..
A family member is on workman's comp awaiting surgery. They have been waiting two weeks to receive their checks and keep being told its in the mail. Unfortunately he is unable to work while on Workman's comp and unable to pay their bills or buy groceries. You'd think Argo would be more attentive to seeing that their claims are paid timely especially since at this time this is one's only income source.
