We hired Leo to install two bathroom fans in the top floor of our house. He came over to do an estimate the first day we contacted him (unlike most others that we called) and prepared the most detailed estimate of any of the quotes we received. Over the last few years Leo have done few projects on our house: from finishing the basement, putting new countertops and backsplash in the kitchen to full renovation of two bathrooms.
