I went for highlights and she even asked for a picture of what of the color I wanted, the picture was clear honey gold highlights and she gave me gray hair highlights. I was so upset I had to drive to OC to my hairdresser which I should have gone to from the beginning so she can fix my hair. She's also overpriced. Never again will I go back. She had no excuse and I didnt want her to burn my hair even more. If you want beautiful honey hightlights go somewhere else.
