We were hit by the storm and had to have our solar panels taken down for the repair. Diego and Nydia immediate had someone come and take down the panels. They also reinstalled the panels on the day they promised in the rain. Where customer service is lacking they are a rare find thanks so much!
We purchased from Argent more than a year ago and have had a wonderful experience. Our accountant was worried when we told her that we were advised that we would get a certain amount back in credit to apply to loans we had taken out. She said that often she saw cases where the numbers were far off and the customer had to pay large bills. It's was the best investment I made. My highest bill to APS has been $14.95 and we keep our air as low as 70. (Sue's choice).
