I called this year & owner stated to bring in lawnmower right now on Saturday. I was told if the belt for the self propelled part of my lawnmower was bad, they couldn't get part until Monday. I called on Mon to check status & was told by owner that they never looked at it. I was later called Mon evening stating it was done but they hadn't wrote the ticket up yet for the balance due (its a cash only business & I needed amount to know how much to get out of an ATM). Do not,and I repeat do not take your landscaping equipment or any malfunctioning equipment to this company to be repaired!!!!!!!!!! This company charged me close to five hundred dollars for my riding and push lawnmower to be repaired. My riding was delivered to my residence on Friday,used it Saturday and stop working before I can cut my entire yard. I called the owner immediately,and was told that he would stop by to look at it on Saturday between 12pm and 1pm(6-8-2024),the owner never showed. I called multiple times that sa... read more
